What you need to know
If you’re looking for a ground-breaking tattoo convention, then the CrocArt Masters is for you. We have decades in the creative and events industry, and we know what it takes to put on a great show with a difference and look after artists.
We have organised some cracking discounts with some local hotels. You will find details on the Accommodation page and will need to book early as rooms will go quickly as the weekend of the convention is a bank holiday.
Friday 3rd June
Build up starts at 4pm
We suggest you book into your hotel before coming to the Stadium.
Hotels have been selected and some great discount rates are on offer for artists and guests. Room numbers are limited, so book early to avoid missing out.
Parking is free throughout the weekend at the stadium.
A meet and great hour or two is planned from 8pm in one of the stadium’s banquet rooms. There’s a bar and food will be available when the weekend’s itinerary is recapped.
Saturday 4th June
Artists enter from 9am, models and public access from 10am
Entertainment and gourmet food and drink stalls on-site all day
Judging starts at 4pm awards from 6pm.
Show closes to the public after judging at approximately 7pm.
8pm the Show party starts in ‘The Greats’ banqueting room
A bar and food will be available. The catering will be done by celebrity chef Paul Heathcote’s catering team.
The party will have live music, stand-up, Karaoke and a DJ
The evening ends with coaches taking artists back to the recommended hotels.
Over night parking to leave your car is free at the stadium.
Sunday 5th June
Coaches collect artists from their hotels for return journey to the stadium.
Let the battle continue.
Judging starts 4pm awards from 6pm
Being seen is what conventions are all about.
CrocArt Masters are introducing a TV screen package.
Additionally, on separate screens our marketing team will be looking for opportunities for live feeds on to social media channels.
The work provided with the booking form will be shown on TV across the concourse. There will be between 20 TV Screens available.
Artists can show a picture of themselves, their studio or personal logo as well as the 3 images submitted with the booking form.
Each artist will have a 15 second segment. The work be played on a loop system across all screen. This will give each artist multiple viewings at various times every hour across all screens.
The price £80 includes artwork.

Rules & Regulations
Work must be started and completed at the show.
Sizes are exact. Work exceeding the sizes set out by the organisers will be disqualified from it’s category.
Models must to be present for the duration of the judging.
