Please upload 2 pieces of work (per artist) as part of your submission. These pieces will be used on our website and social media to promote you. Please make sure you supply images that you are happy with. We cannot change your images once posted to our social platforms.
Please label artwork accordingly with artist’s name.
A minimum 50% non-refundable deposit is required when booking. The remaining 50% is due by 28:4:24 and will be invoiced from CrocartMasters. If you wish to pay in full, simply select that option when you choose your booth. Failure to pay by this date will result in loss of deposit and the space being made available for resale. Booths booked after the 28:4:24 will require payment in full. If your application is not successful your money will be refunded in full within 14 days. Competition Rules of Entry Small is anything up to 210 mm x 148mm. Large size is anything over A4. You may enter a singe piece of work in up to three categories, first entry is free with £20 per additional entry. Prize pot goes to the winner of the category. White may be used in Black and Grey as a highlight only. Any additional use will count as a colour piece. Models must be present at judging. All categories will be judged, regardless of numbers. Competition entries and payment for additional categories should be made on the day at the Organisers Stand.
